In My Head, On the Table

Ether:

First, may I point out that Pitchfork's evolution to becoming a music public relations firm is undoubtedly proportionate to Modest Mouse and their recent, skyrocketing acclaim. We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank? I can't even talk about. They gave the album a 7.8.

With greater optimism, may I continue to perpetuate the ubiquitous love for Person Pitch. Good Girl/Carrots, you saved my heart. ETA for blogosphere to become saturated by the artists Noah dropped in his liner notes? This morning, the other side of the international date-line.

Ini locale:

Concerto of massive proportions at Lucky Bar yesterday - little Victoria mustered a stunning line-up. Versa played circa Constellation like we've heard a million times before, though with a seven-piece of academic precision, this is permitted. I'm Fat, You're Fat was all vigorous laptop and storms on the drum set - Mario and Luiji rotating parts with spastic energy. Dreamboat was his vibrant, loquacious self; churning out soon to be UK chart-toppers with fervour that drops all lines: raise the roof, hit the floor, rub your neighbour. Beasts and Superbeasts was undoubtedly the denoument, his feet falling to dissolve the rambunctious air with undecided gravity into a night that was winding off and out...

May full moons and chocolate eggs prove to pass in stride.
