Sure, he's aloof and dazed behind Carey Mercer; and as far as the article goes he's semingly an overlooked member of Frog Eyes; but Victoria, this is big.

Those circumventing devilish monsters did run over Beattie's name when Mercer mentioned he would be joining Frog Eyes on tour, and proceeded right to "who produced the [new Frog Eyes] record?" This is a slight hiccup, Pitchie.

Yet, with our next prime oppurtunity for the Island Apocolypse not scheduled until April 2008 (the 'big one' last weekend just never pulled through), chances are high that we'll be around next month to hear the new Chet. (You too Pitchfork, you just don't know it yet).
